Gary is a 20-year call center veteran, working his way up from the call center floor to senior management positions with Sitel, Teletech, and Verizon (where he was the on-site director for over 1500 agents). Most recently, he served as the VP of Business Development for a large Philippines-based call center, spearheading their diversity supplier program.

Nathan is passionate about helping businesses become more efficient through better systems, technology, and talent. He founded Support Zebra, Call JING's Philippines arm in 2011 to help support the family business (home health and hospice).
Nathan also serves on the board of Houston's Entrepreneurs' Organization, and Professional Enrollment Concepts.
In his spare time, he loves anything to do with the outdoors...water sports, beaches, and golf. He is currently at #31 on his quest to visit 100 countries.
Jesse is a 20+ year Telecom Industry veteran, with previous experiences at Telecom USA, MCI, GTE, and Verizon. A passionate “servant leader”, he successfully advocated on behalf of diverse businesses(overseeing $1.9B in annual diverse spend), while serving in leadership roles on numerous non profit boards (both nationally and regionally). Most recently, he lead and developed the Community Engagement program for the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
